Aspects of the communication strategy of the volunteers of the mobile media library project for finding solutions and mechanisms for supporting the information needs of users of library services in the liberated territories are presented. The initiatives of the international non-governmental organization ‘Libraries without borders’ in ensuring access to knowledge were considered.
