The article analyzes the main factors affecting the technological effort of die-cutting. The geometric shapes of die-cutting lines and the influence of the technical condition of the blade on the technological effort of die-cutting are considered. There are suggested recommendations for choosing a die-cutting line depending on the characteristics of the material and the modes of operation of the die-cutting machines.
