We defined the main aspects, that the editor needs to pay attention to during working on the composition and structure of a scientific article. It is noted, that the scientist uses the clear structure to inform the scientific community and the general public about the latest research. If he does not take into account the features of the presentation of scientific material, then his work will not be accepted for publication, because it will not meet the requirements for content and design.
